Lazy Daze would be the way to go. If/when you decide to sell the LD will return more than the Sunseeker. I bought mine used and couldn't be happier. I drove to Houston from SoCal to get it, totally worth the trip. Lazy Daze owners seem to take a lot of pride in their units and the way they care for them shows. This is my 2nd LD, and yes I would do it again.
There is a yahoo group http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/lifewithalazydazerv/ of LD owners where you can ask questions and get great answers. There is a section there with LDs for sale too.
As with all RVs the appliances are basically the same, it's the coach that is built to last. Do a thorough checkout of any unit you buy.

So just how many signals can you pull in with that satellite dish you got there?? It's got to be the biggest I've ever seen on an RV!! More power to ya!!!
That's a MotoSAT setup for Internet connectivity. You can also add a transponder for SAT TV too.

take some time and read thru these, they will answer 90% of your questions.
You mentioned 40,000 miles on your tires, I would start there and research new tires and perhaps wheels. Figure out what your truck weighs today and calculate how much you can carry, then see which TCs you can safely carry.

i have taken the shroud off and cleaned the unit.
Have you cleaned up the 'inside' portion where the air comes out? I was amazed at the build up of dust and stuff inside. It turns out that the dust will get wet and freeze blocking the flow of cool air. Take the inside filter off and using a flashlight look inside, you might be surprised.

I realize it has been a while since you have worked, even longer for me, but yes,they get paid, we don't, one of the disadvantages of being retired, but, someone has to do it and I opted to be part of the retired group and I am sticking to it, no matter how many hardships are associated with it......
